Here is a compiled list of some of the most requested cake cutting songs. We often times are asked if we can recommend songs to cut the wedding cake outside the traditional cake cutting songs. We believe that this important song decision should be based on what your experiences that have brought you to your special day. While we certainly respect that you are asking us for our opinion, we could never speak for both of you and your experiences to find a song that would fit your journey. 

We have had many great experiences using nontraditional cake cutting songs and find that it adds a unique touch to such a fun and shared moment with all of your guests. Since the cake is typically multi-tiered and sometimes a mix of cake and decoration, we ensure that we coordinate with the venue staff, photographers, videographers, and the bride and groom to ensure everyone is ready to capture the event and time the music and cake cutting time so that it flows smoothly with your song selection. 

We also offer custom pin beam spotting that can illuminate the cake with your favorite color and various intensities to create that special mood and photo/video opportunities.

Typically the cake will be served as the main dessert for the wedding event and usually requires that the venue staff will need some time to slice the cake for the wedding guests. We then move to the first dance (if first dance was not performed after the grand entrance) or the other specialty dances so that your wedding cake can be served.
