Live Video Systems

ABP's HD video systems can provide all types of video effects, music videos, live camera feeds to entertain your crowd. 

Our video systems are designed to cover both small and large venues. Our video systems include:

  • 2 10'x10' Front or Rear Projection video projection screens

  • 2 1080p Front or Rear Video projectors

  • 2 46" 1080p LED/LCD Samsung monitors

  • 2 Sony EVI-D100 SD video cameras

  • 1 Handheld 1080p camcorder

  • 1 Digital Video/Image Recorder (@1080p)

If you elect to utilize our video projection screen(s), the setup area requires:

  • Ceiling Height: 12' or greater, Width: 13'-15', Depth: 6'-8' from the wall (for rear projection) (No Dress kit, aluminum frame only due to height limitation).

  • Ceiling Height: 14' or greater, Width: 13'-15', Depth: 6'-8' from the wall (for rear projection) (Lower Valance Dress kit only due to height limitation).

  • Ceiling Height: 17' or greater, Width: 13'-15', Depth: 6'-8' from the wall (for rear projection) (Full Dress kit, Upper, sides, lower valance).

Our 2 46" 1080p LED/LCD monitors can be set up anywhere allowing a lot of versatility. You may choose between both screen types at the event.

You may select the following configurations of video for your event:

  • 1 46" 1080p LED/LCD screen

  • 2 46" 1080p LED/LCD screen

  • 1 10'x10' 1080p Video Projection screen with Front/Rear HD projector

  • 2 10'x10' 1080p Video Projection screen with Front/Rear HD projectors

  • 1 10'x10' 1080p Video Projection screen with Front/Rear HD projector & 1 46" 1080p LED/LCD screens

  • 2 10'x10' 1080p Video Projection screen with Front/Rear HD projector & 2 46" 1080p LED/LCD screens

Do to the nature of setup time involving video, add 1 1/2 additional hours for our arrival time and that you have permission from the venue to provide this additional time for loading and setup. All labor and setup costs are included within the additional video price structure. Our pricing structures for video and multimedia are outlined in each events webpage at the bottom.

  • Simultaneous video sources or mixed source mode i.e.. live cams, slideshows, music video in any configuration (real time rendering)

Our 2 Sony SD EVI-D100 cameras mount high in the air (shown below) to provide full room and dance floor coverage and have excellent low light ability to capture video at any event with ease. We can remotely pan/tilt and also zoom in/out to almost any part of the venue that is within the DJ's line of sight allowing us to capture the fun and intimate times of the event.
